Failure. What is it? Is it good? Is it bad? Is it neither? What marks something as a ‘fail’, and what happens when we walk down a negative narrative with failure?
When we frame failure as a negative experience, it’s possible to get stuck in a story that spirals us downward. We’re not saying that’s good or bad – that just means a whole lot of information is there for you. But, how can you look at what you’re experiencing and change the narrative so that a failure is a place where you can meet and learn about yourself and even thrive?!
In this episode, we look at how we perceive our failure and what we make it mean (is it good or bad) when we experience a perceived failure. By hearing our stories, you may relate and can hopefully take loving steps towards this relationship if it has felt challenging for you.
