Episode 9. We actually googled the definition of purpose – cause google knows everything – and this is what we found:
As a noun, the word purpose means …. “a reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists”, which can feel really heavy! No wonder NOT having a sense of purpose can throw us into a tailspin and make us feel like we’re merely surviving. And we say, screw that – let’s dissect this even more and help our listeners to understand that they have purpose in many ways and in every moment.
In this episode we, Vicki and Arianne, look at what happens when we don’t feel purposeful! How can we thrive in a world where value is placed on purpose and how we can start taking steps into leading a more purposeful life. We look at some pragmatic pieces around purpose and we dive into the heavy hitters of what might be happening emotionally when we feel we don’t have purpose. We also share our own stories around purpose and the meaning(s) we place on living a purposeful life.
